Our approach
An independent executive at senior or middle management level for a limited, usually fixed period — filling unexpected management gaps, leading special projects, developing new products or ventures, or providing temporary heavyweight management expertise. Typical assignments include crisis management, strategy implementation, new management systems, culture change, merger and acquisition leadership, executive coaching and project management. Assignments run a minimum of six months, with full-time rates of US$10,000–30,000 per month depending on competency, duration and location.
