Trimitra Consultants was established in Jakarta in 1990 as a management consulting partnership, and was restructured in 2005 as a limited liability company, P.T. Trimitra Konsultan Manajemen. We provide management consulting, interim management, and management training services, with senior consultants who are former top executives from reputable companies. Vision: to enhance the achievement of our national and international clients' goals and objectives while acquiring advanced competencies and providing career opportunities for our staff within ethical boundaries. Mission: to deliver superior, cost-effective professional services in strategic management, business development, organization development, HR management, marketing, customer service, and project management, plus affordable training programs that enhance competencies and organizational effectiveness. Trimitra Consultants was founded in Jakarta in 1990 by senior management practitioners, on the belief that the best consulting comes from real leadership experience — not just theory. The name "Trimitra" reflects our commitment: to be a true partner to every client.
